Outcome Based Learning with IFW Campus ERP 2.0
Outcome based learning or Outcome based education is a student centric program which focuses on the analysis/ outcome of the performance of students at every step. It aims to maximize the learning outcomes of the student by developing knowledge and skills required to face the challenges of the competitive world.
Mainly, Outcome based learning is based on three methodologies - Practical (How to do), Fundamental (Why and What to do) and Reflective (learn & adapt)
Outcome based learning requires setting goals or parameters on which the final results are then evaluated. These parameters may vary according to the institution but some parameters have been mentioned by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) like Knowledge, Use of latest tools and devices, society’s responsibilities, ethics, teamwork, communication etc.
IFW Campus ERP 2.0 supports outcome based learning as well. While issuing exam reports to the students, remarks can be added which are saved in the software for future reference. The remarks for the students can be based on ethics, social responsibility etc.
While we provide assignments to the students using the assignment module of IFW Campus ERP 2.0, there is an option where team assignments can be provided. Through this the team spirit of the students can be assessed.
Also, the IFW Campus ERP 2.0 provides separate settings for Co-scholastic Areas. Under this, analysis can be made for each student on various co-scholastic areas.
The Event Module records the details of all the students who participate in various activities. The reports of the module helps to analyze the pro activeness and involvement of students in these areas.
There are various other reports available in IFW Campus ERP 2.0 to measure the knowledge, practical application, ability to solve complex problems, communication etc.
