Grievances Redressal should be a Priority

The Online Student's Grievance Redressal System in Grievance Module of IFW Campus ERP 2.0 facilitates students / complainants to lodge his or her grievance, send reminder and view status on action taken with regard to their grievance(s).

The basic aim of the module is to ensure transparency in day to day working, prevent unfair practices in the campus and provide a quick mechanism for redressal of grievances. The system also facilitates the institution to search and browse grievances lodged against them or some area or segment or person of the campus and post action taken against the complaints on the ERP as well as contact the complainant directly through e-mail, phone or by post.
